Make night before and cook for 40-50 minutes at 375 degrees.

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage Egg Breakfast Casserole

1 egg
1 egg white
2 fl oz 1% milk
1/4 tsp mustard
1 tsp onion
1 tsp red bell pepper
1 slice whole wheat bread
2 tbsp colby jack cheese
1 oz ground turkey

Recipe Directions for Sausage Egg Breakfast Casserole

  1. Cook onions and peppers until soft.

  2. Add sausage and cook until done.

  3. Set aside to cool.

  4. Place bread in bottom of ramekin.

  5. Mix Egg, mustard, milk, and seasoning to taste.

  6. Add half of cheese.

  7. Pour egg mix into ramekin.

  8. Pour sausage mix into ramekin.

  9. Top with rest of cheese.

  10. Refridgerate overnight.

  11. Preheat oven to 375.

  12. Cook for 40-50 minutes, until egg is fluffy.
