Assuming portion size is 303g. Sausages used were Asda Pepper and Coriander Beef Sausages but used the closest substitute in nutrition terms I could find.

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage Curry

180 g onion
6 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
40 g ginger
20 g garlic
355 g potato
191 g spinach
85 g tomato
400 g Sausage, Polish, Beef - With Chicken, Hot

Recipe Directions for Sausage Curry

  1. Fry onions, ginger and garlic.

  2. Add potato and spinach and water and cook.

  3. When almost done add sausages.
