3/4 cup egg beaters
1 slice fat free cheese
1/2 green pepper
1 link turkey sausage
1/2 bagel

Recipe Directions for Sausage, Cheese and Veggie Omelette

  1. preheat omlete pan until sizzling

  2. coat with non-stick spray

  3. cook up veggies and sliced up turkey sausage

  4. put in separate plate to the side

  5. keep pan heated

  6. Pour in eggs, pull cooked egg in to the center letting uncooked eggs roll to the corners

  7. fill one side with veggies, cheese and turkey sausage

  8. Fold over omlette

  9. Eat with toasted bagel
