2 pattie Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties
0.25 medium Green Bell Pepper
0.13 serving Green Onions
5 large Egg, Whole
0.5 serving Tillamook Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for sausage and cheese breakfast cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 6 muffin tins with cooking spray. In a saucepan heat onions, sausage, and pepper for 3-5 minutes. Spoon mixture into a bowl. Stir in eggs. Evenly divide the mixture among the muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese.

  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is set.
