Recipe Ingredients for Sausage and cheese breakfast cups

4 ounces turkey bacon
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
5 large eggs
12 ounces sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese

Recipe Directions for Sausage and cheese breakfast cups

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat 6 cup nonstick muffin cups with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon and onion for 5 minutes or until bacon is no longer pink. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and cool slightly. Stir in the eggs and mushrooms. Evenly divide the mix among the prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or so until egg is set.
