Delicious casserole but avoid eating too much of the gravy as rel high is fat from the sausages. Better is you use llow fat sauages.

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage casserole

16 serving sausage
400 grams Tomatoes
2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 oz Cornflour

Recipe Directions for Sausage casserole

  1. Place 16 sausages in large casserole dish

  2. Chop carrot & onions and place in the dish

  3. Add 400g chopped tinned tomato

  4. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornflour with water and add.

  5. Add more water the mostly cover ingredients

  6. Cook in oven ar 160c fan oven for up to 2 hours

  7. Serve with, pasta, riace or potatoes and green veg

  8. Season with salt & pork seasoning
