This is a classic that I serve Christmas morning each year. Makes a great addition to breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage Bread

510 g Frozen Bread Dough
1 lb. All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage
1 medium green pepper
1 medium yellow onion
1 Egg, Whole
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Sausage Bread

Let bread dough thaw completely (overnight in refrigerator). In a skillet brown sausage and drain. Chop pepper and onion and saute with sausage. Let cool slightly. In a large bowl, beat egg and add parmesan cheese. Add sausage mixture and mozzarella cheese and mix well. Roll dough out to form a rectangle approximately 1/4" thick. Spread sausage mixture over dough. Slowly roll up to form a loaf. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Cover with foil for the first 30 - 40 minutes so bread doesn't become too hard.
