Italian sausage & bowtie pasta in broth.

Recipe Ingredients for Sausage & Bowties

19.76 ounces Italian Sausage, Mild
14 1/2 ounce Beef Broth
14 1/2 ounce Chicken Broth
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons minced onion
12 ounces bowtie pasta

Recipe Directions for Sausage & Bowties

  1. Cook italian sausage links according to directions.

  2. Slice links and place back into skillet to brown with minced onion, red & yellow pepper.

  3. Boil water for bowtie pasta and cook according to directions.

  4. While pasta is cooking, add both cans of broth to sausage mixture. Cover & simmer.

  5. Drain pasta; pour sausage mixture and broth over pasta.
