Pork Chop baked with Saucy Susan a Peach and Appricot Asian Fruit Sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Saucy Susan Pork Chops

4 lbs. Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops
4 oz Sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Saucy Susan Pork Chops

  1. Arrange the Pork Chops into a shallow baking pan.

  2. Season the pork chops evenly with the garlisa powder, black powder, salt and cayenne pepper.

  3. Bake at 350 degress for 20 minutes on your oven's middle rack

  4. Paint the top of each of the pork chops evenly with the Saucy Susan Sauce.

  5. Bake for an additional 40 minutes

  6. Serve Hot
