Recipe Ingredients for Saucy Pepper Steak

1 whole red bell pepper
1 whole green bell pepper
1 whole yellow bell pepper
1 whole onion
1.12 pounds sirloin steak
6 g garlic cloves
3 tbs soy sauce
2/3 cup BBQ sauce

Recipe Directions for Saucy Pepper Steak

  1. Heat large non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium high heat.

  2. Add bell peppers and onions, cook and stir 6-8 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  3. Transer to large bowl and cover to keep warm.

  4. Add meat, garlic, and black pepper to the skillet, cook 3 minutes.

  5. Add soy sauce, cook 1 minute.

  6. Add BBq sauce and cook until heated through

  7. mix together meat and vegetables and serve over rice.
