cinnamon applsauce oatmeal raisin and honey bars - high carb low fat

Recipe Ingredients for saucy oats n raisin bar

8 oz applesauce
3/8 cup honey
1 egg white
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups rolled oats
84 grams (about 1/2 cup) raisins

Recipe Directions for saucy oats n raisin bar

  1. preheat oven to 375° F

  2. mix applsauce, egg white, warmed up honey, flour, baking soda, and oatmeal in large bowl

  3. add in raisins (2 large boxes)

  4. put in 9inch x 9 inch baking pan

  5. cook 18-20 minutes

  6. let cool and cut into bars

  7. ~you can add seasoning such as cinnamon or other ingrediants like mini m&ms or nuts, penut butter ext (this will change the nutrition facts though)
