Recipe Ingredients for Saucy Chicken and Fettuccini

12 oz
1 pound chicken breast, skinless
3 oz chicken breast, skinless
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp basil
1 tsp oil
3 cups tomato sauce
1/4 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
10 cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Saucy Chicken and Fettuccini

  1. Cook fettuccini according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, cut chicken into cubes; put in a gallon sized ziplock bag with the parmesan and basil.

  3. Shake to cover.

  4. Heat oil in a nonstick large frying pan, add chicken and brown.

  5. Remove chicken, add sauce, garlic, crushed red pepper, and tomatoes. Heat through.

  6. Replace chicken, add noodles.

  7. Serve hot with mozzerella or cheddar sprinkled on top.
