A simple, flavorful chicken. Makes a great weeknight meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Saucy-Baked Chicken and Rice

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1 1/3 cups boiling water
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp dried onion
1/2 tsp curry
3 cups cooked rice

Recipe Directions for Saucy-Baked Chicken and Rice

  1. Place chicken in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle each breast with 1 tbsp seasoned salt. Mix the rest of the ingredients (NOT rice) together and pour over chicken. Bake, covered, at 350* for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20 more minutes. Serve over cooked rice.

  2. OPT: add 1 small can of mushroom pieces 5 minutes before done cooking.
