1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup chopped onion
10 oz. corn

Recipe Directions for Sauceless Lasagna

  1. Cook lasagna and set aside (or at the same time as directions 1-3.) Drain.

  3. Cook for a couple minutes until onions are close to done and then add in corn, green pepper, spinach and chili powder.

  4. Saute vegetables until meat is thoroughly cooked.

  5. Spread alternating layers of sauted vegetables, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and lasagna noodles into a 9x13 baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.

  6. After last layer complete, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover dish with aluminum foil.

  7. Bake at 350 for a total of 60 minutes. Remove foil at about 40 minutes and cook until cheddar cheese starts to brown.
