My homemade sauce with light oil and no cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Sauce

56 ounces crushed tomatoes
1 cup diced onion
3 cloves garlic
6 ounces red wine
1 tbsp. grapeseed oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Sauce

Saute onions and garlic in grapeseed oil..add red wine reduce a bit..add crushed tomatoes and spices and simmer for 3 hours
