This is a recipe I got off Countrycook. A spinoff site of America's Test Kitchen website and the PBS tv show. Great show and INCREDIBLE website. (like this one!) and no, I am not employed by ATK or Chris Gimble :-)

Recipe Ingredients for Sauce for most any meat

1/2 cup parsley, fresh, minced
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 cloves garlic , medium, minced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
1 salt
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for Sauce for most any meat

  1. I think it is best to grill the mest but any way works.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and when meat is almost to desired doneness, place meat in warm baking dish (if not already using one to cook the meat), spread sauce over and cover with foil. Let rest 10 minutes.

  3. If you pour this over 6 (4oz) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, the grade is a 'B'
