Recipe Ingredients for Saturday Morning Pancakes

1 serving All Purpose Unbleached Enriched Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
3 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tsp Natural Cane Turbinado Sugar
1 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Saturday Morning Pancakes

Heat griddle to 4.5 (almost medium). In one bowl, combine flour salt and baking powder. Add sugar to the cup of milk and stir to mostly dissolve. Beat egg. In another bowl, combine milk with sugar mixture, beaten egg, olive oil and vanilla extract. Dump wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined (mixture will be slightly lumpy, but no large lumps). Heat pancakes on very lightly greased griddle (or use non-stick spray) until edges are slightly dry. Flip and cook other side. Makes 6 nice sized pancakes.
