Brown lentils, tomato paste, onions and ground beef with spices. Oregano, Tumeric, Parsley, Lemon pepper, Salt, Black pepper, Red chili flakes.

1/6 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup of lentils
1/2 onion
3 oz tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Saturday Lentils, lots of fiber!

  1. Soak lentils, cook until soft, blend in a blender, back into the pot, add water and tomato paste. Add spices.

  2. Saute onions and add meat. Add to the stew, reduce.
