Sat morning special using what we had on hand for a skillet casserole meal. Served it with Cinnamon Bread Toast.

Recipe Ingredients for Saturday am Hashbrown Skillet

2 large Egg, Whole
3 cup Hash Browns
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 Apple Apples
4 slice Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese
12 oz Skim Milk Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Saturday am Hashbrown Skillet

  1. Spray skillet with Cooking Oil.

  2. Brown onions and apples lightly

  3. Blot hashbrowns in paper toweling

  4. Add blotted hashbrowns to skillet

  5. Mix together eggs, milk and 1/2 tsp salt

  6. Pour egg mixture over hashbrowns and allow to set up.

  7. Stir as needed to prevent scorching

  8. Place Provolone slices on top to melt
