Recipe Ingredients for Satay Noodles with Peanut Sauce

4 oz Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Dry
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 small Onions
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
4 oz Carrots, Baby
2 tbsp Peanut Butter, Chunk Style
1 serving Sunny Farm Shitake Mushrooms
2 serving Light Soy Sauce
1 tbs. vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Satay Noodles with Peanut Sauce

Combine cooked noodles and chopped veggies in a pan with 1 tbs. oil. Mix peanut butter and soy sauce with some garlic powder,salt,and pepper ( to taste) and mix until it makes a sauce. Pour over items in the pan, toss and heat through. Serve warm or cold.
