Sataras is a traditional Bosnian food served with fresh baked bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Sataras

2 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
3 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
16 oz Ground Beef
1 Salt to taste
1 Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Sataras

  1. Brown ground beef in a nonstick pan.

  2. Add all diced vegetables, Add 1 cup water.

  3. Cook, stirring frequently, until bell peppers are to desired softness.

  4. Make sure that their is at least about a cup of water in the pan by the end of cooking. It is scooped up with the bread!!
