Recipe Ingredients for Sataras

4 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
833 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Sunflower, Oleic (70% And Over)
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.33 Eggplant

Recipe Directions for Sataras

Sauté onions on heated sunflower oil. Add chopped tomatoes, green peppers and one hot green pepper. Simmer until cooked. Add a dash of salt and 1 tsp of crushed black pepper. Serve hot.
