Recipe Ingredients for Sat AM Hashbrown Scramble

1 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
1 Apple Apples
3 large Egg, Whole
18 oz Potatoes
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
5 slice Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese

Recipe Directions for Sat AM Hashbrown Scramble

  1. Spray skillet with butter spay

  2. Brown diced onions and apples

  3. Blot hashbrowns in paper towels.

  4. Add blotted hashbrowns to skillet

  5. Stir together onion, apples and HB

  6. Use mixing bowl to stir together eggs

  7. and milk. Add 1/2 tsp salt.

  8. Pour the egg mixture over the HB in the skillet.

  9. Allow to set up and liquid to evaporate.

  10. Place Provolone Slices on top to melt.
