Recipe Ingredients for Sassy Tuna Wrap

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 inner leaf Lettuce Romaine Inner Leaf
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 oz chipotle sauce
3 oz Tuna Salad
1 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese

Recipe Directions for Sassy Tuna Wrap

Lay tortilla flat and one leaf of romaine lettuce (sliced), topped by 2 cherry tomatoes (chopped), drop a spoon full of sassy sauce (Famous Dave's Fry Sauce) and spread evenly, add 2 tablespoons' of tuna salad (see Smacking Tuna Salad), top with a sprinkle of Mexican cheese mix. Fold end of tortilla up, hold and roll the tortilla from left to right.
