Recipe Ingredients for Sassy Meatloaf - Weight Watchers

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 1/4 cup salsa
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1 carrot, shredded
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Sassy Meatloaf - Weight Watchers

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, salsa, oatmeal, carrot, tomatoes, and mushrooms.

  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf.

  4. Place the loaf in the pan.

  5. Bake until browned and knife inserted in center comes out clean and hot, about 1 hour and 5 minutes.

  6. Let stand about 10 minutes before slicing.
