Spread/sauce. I use this as a sandwich spread and mixed with cooked grains and veggies. Very good! The combination of turmeric and black pepper has been shown to have strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-cancer properties.

Recipe Ingredients for Sasame Tumeric Spread

4 tablespoons Turmeric
1 tablespoon mustard seed
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon salt
3 ounces water
3 ounces honey
3 ounces vinegar
3 ounces olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sasame Tumeric Spread

  1. Roast sesame seeds

  2. Grind sesame seeds along with salt, peppercorns and mustard.

  3. Mix with liquid ingredients.
