Like tuna puffs, but with sardines and egg beaters for a healthier dish. I use a table top grill to bake mine. Cooking time depends on the oven used.

Recipe Ingredients for Sardine Puffs

1 can Sardines in Spring Water
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1/2 cup Egg Beaters

Recipe Directions for Sardine Puffs

  1. Dice up baked potato

  2. Put potato, sardines (w/ water), and egg beaters into food processor

  3. Blend until a batter like consistency is achieved

  4. Put in a baking grill or in a greased pan and bake until done.
