105 g Sardines In Olive Oil Skinless and Boneless
684 g boiled potato
1/4 onion
2 tbsp olive oil (from sardines can)
6 lettuce leaves
1/4 tsp mustard
1 tsp basamic Vinegar
1 Salt
1 black pepper (ground to taste)
1 g garlic

  1. Ingredients:

  2. ?1 can (7 ounces) sardines (sprats) in oil

  3. ?1/4 pound boiled potato

  4. ?1 onion

  5. ?1/4 pound tomatoes

  6. ?1 teaspoon oil (from sardines can)

  7. ?4 lettuce leaves

  8. ?1 teaspoon mustard

  9. ?1 teaspoon wine vinegar

  10. ?Salt and black pepper ground to taste

  11. ?Parsley greens

  12. How to cook Sardine Potato Salad:

  13. 1.Cut the potato and tomatoes into circles, cut onion into rings.

  14. 2.To make dressing, mix the sardines oil with mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
