1 whole wheat pita
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp lite mayo
2 leaves lettuce

Recipe Directions for Sardine Pita wrap

  1. Open pita

  2. Place Lettuce inside

  3. Combine mayo sardine onions and pepper

  4. Place combination inside wrap

  5. Close wrap roll and eat

  6. Or warm sardine, onion and pepper together before placing in the pita
