Recipe Ingredients for sardine couscous

50 grams Couscous, Dry
60 grams Sardines in Tomato Sauce
0.25 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
0.5 Cube Stock Cubes
0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.5 Teaspoon Chilli Powder

Recipe Directions for sardine couscous

  1. mix stock cube, lemon, juice and chilli powder in hot water pour over couscous, cover and leave for 10 mins.

  2. In a bowl mix all other ingredients.

  3. fluff couscous with a fork and mix in sardine mixture.
