Recipe Ingredients for Sara's Homemade Bread

10 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup 1% milk
4 1/2 teaspoons yeast
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm water

Recipe Directions for Sara's Homemade Bread

  1. combine yeast, water and sugar and allow it to sit until the yeast has bubbled up

  2. mix eggs, oil and milk seperately

  3. add all wet ingredients together

  4. mix in flour slowly

  5. kneed together, and allow it to rise for three hours

  6. devide dough into four loaves (dough can be frozen for later use)

  7. allow it to rise in the bread pans for another 3 hours

  8. cook for about 20 mins at 350 or until top is golden brown
