Recipe Ingredients for Sara's Gazpacho

11 1/2 oz. V8 juice
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 1/2 lbs tomatoes, chopped
5 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, roasted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Sara's Gazpacho

In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until well-combined but still slightly chunky. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
