My daily main lunch. Lots of calories but very filling!

Recipe Ingredients for Sara's Favorite Salad

1/2 cup slices Cucumber
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup raw Mushrooms
0.25 cup Shredded Carrots
2 cups Baby Spinach
0.25 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1 serving Chopped Ham
1 tbsp Real Bacon Bits
0.75 container Cottage Cheese Lowfat 2% Milkfat
1/4 cup Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
2 serving Dressing

Recipe Directions for Sara's Favorite Salad

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.....Can take off a lot of calories by using reduced fat dressing, reduced fat cottage cheese, and reduced fat cheese or leaving off the cheese and bacon.
