Recipe Ingredients for Sara's Crockpot Cheeseburger Mac Attack

19 1/5 oz Ground Beef
3 3/5 cup Frozen Cauliflower
6 oz Whole Grain Penne
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
50 grams Ketchup
1 oz Light Sour Cream
2 oz Cheese
8 serving size Light Swiss Original
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Sara's Crockpot Cheeseburger Mac Attack

  1. Cook pasta (al dente) in a large pot. (cook for half the time as indicated on the package.)

  2. Drain well

  3. Thoroughly mix beef, onion, and ketchup in a bowl

  4. Stir in cauliflower and cooked pasta

  5. Transfer mixture to the crock pot

  6. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours (or until beef is fully cooked)

  7. Add remaining ingredients (break the cheese wedges into pieces and stir thoroughly) Cover and cook for 15 minutes (or until cheeses have melted)

  8. Stir thoroughly and then enjoy!
