Recipe Ingredients for Sarah's Vegetable Soup

1/4 cup Green Beans
1/4 cup zucchini
1/4 cup Peas
1/4 cup Onion
1/4 cup Cannellini Beans
1/4 cup Whole Kernel Corn
3 red potatoes
2 medium Carrots
2 Celery stalks
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 clove Garlic
3 cups Organic Beef Broth
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Sarah's Vegetable Soup

  1. In a large soup pot, sautee the onions, carrots, and celery in the olive oil over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients, except the salt and pepper, and bring to a boil over high heat.

  3. Reduce flame to low and simmer for 20 minutes partly covered.

  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  5. Enjoy!
