Add own spices: freeze-dried salad spices and thyme and basil work well.

Recipe Ingredients for Sarah's sweet chicken salad

0.33 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.25 medium White Onion
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 tsp Prepared Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Jelly
2 oz Humbolt Fog Soft Ripened Goat Cheese

Recipe Directions for Sarah's sweet chicken salad

Combine all ingredients other than chicken and mayo together first. Heat chicken one minute in microwave before cubing and adding at same time as mayo. This makes it bond to the ingredients. Cover and chill in fridge for at least one hour. Serve with toasted thin buns or openface on grilled bread.
