Just my basic salad i make, for my reference more than anything :)

Recipe Ingredients for Sarahs Super Basic salad

2 serving Rocket (however much lettuce you want really)
1 large tomato cut in 8
1/2 slice colby cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 large carrot, chopped however you like it
1/2 chicken breast, no skin, sliced
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
2 tsp Paul Newmans Balsamic Vinagrette

Recipe Directions for Sarahs Super Basic salad

  1. wash and dry the rocket/lettuce

  2. slice the chicken

  3. chop the tomato

  4. shop the carrot

  5. chop the cheese

  6. arrange on plate

  7. heat the pan and add chicken slices (add a little oil if you like), turn after a minute or 2. only turn once though!

  8. sprinkle dressing on salad

  9. put cooked chicken on top

  10. eat!

  11. YUM!
