Recipe Ingredients for Sarah's Roasted Potatoes

1 medium Sweetpotato
0.13 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1 tbsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cumin
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.3 tsp Oregano, Ground
0.494 oz Pure Peanut Oil

Recipe Directions for Sarah's Roasted Potatoes

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Chop all ingredients and add to roasting pan with the oil of your choice (I used peanut oil tonight). Roast for about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
