An excellent way to eat vegetables that you don't generally like!

Recipe Ingredients for Sarah's Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry

1 lb chicken, cubed
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cups green beans
1 zucchini, chopped
1 squash, chopped
1 cup of broccoli, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Sarah's Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry

  1. Steam the vegetables, preferably. Boil if you don't have a steamer and can't improvise one.

  2. Stir-fry the oil and garlic

  3. Add the chicken

  4. Cook chicken until it's almost done (5 minutes over medium-high heat)

  5. Add the vegetables, and all the sauces

  6. Stir-fry all together

  7. If you desire, add 1 tbsp of cornstarch to thicken up the sauce. Also, I occasionally throw in some Asian Sesame Ginger salad dressing.
