Very Good and very easy. We didn't have the Santa Fe creme (only the italian herbs one), so we used a can of rotel tomatoes instead of just plain diced tomatoes. That gave it the southwestern flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Santa Fe Chicken Casserole

2 oz Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water
1 serving Black Beans
1/2 cup Original
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.75 cup Cooking Creme
3 tortilla Fajita 6" Flour tortilla 48ct
0.75 cup Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Santa Fe Chicken Casserole

Heat oven to 375F. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add 3/4 cup cooking creme; mix lightly. Spoon 1/3 of the chicken mixture into 9-inch pie plate; top with 1 tortilla, half the remaining chicken mixture and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Cover with second tortilla, remaining chicken mixture, 1/4 cup shredded cheese and remaining tortilla. Top with remaining cooking creme and shredded cheese; cover. Bake 20 min. or until heated through; uncover. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
