Recipe Ingredients for Sanguni Baked Rigatoni Pasta

1 box Rigatoni Dry
2.5 cup Whole Peeled
0.5 cup TVP
8 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
1 cup Shredded Cheese
15 tbsp chopped Chives
4 clove Garlic
1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 pkg Spaghetti Sauce Mix
2 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
2 large Egg, Whole
0.13 serving Milk
6 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Sanguni Baked Rigatoni Pasta

  1. Mix sauce ingredients and simmer 20 - 30 minutes

  2. Mix cheese mix ingredients and blend on pulse

  3. Cook pasta according to directions. Cool when ready with cold water.

  4. Mix pasta and cheese mixture.

  5. Layer in prepared baking dish with sauce until full.

  6. Bake 375 for 45 - 1 hour - should be bubbling around the edges.
