Recipe Ingredients for Sandy's Sliders

3 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
8 oz Ground Turkey, fat-free (99%)
6 pieces with liquid Artichoke Hearts
7 tbsp Blue Cheese Crumbled Natural
5 tsp Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
6 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured

Recipe Directions for Sandy's Sliders

  1. Mix together lb ground turkey; lb ground chuck; 3 Tbspn Montreal Steak seasoning; cup artichoke hearts drained, rinsed and sliced small; cup blue cheese; and cup scallions (use only the green tops).

  2. Roll into 1 inch tall bite size patties (about 2 inches diameter). Grill over medium heat 4-8 minutes each side until they are cooked to preference.

  3. Sauce: Mix cup mayonnaise, cup sour cream and about teaspoon each of the following: onion flakes, parsley, dill weed, celery seed, salt, black pepper and 1/8 tspn garlic powder.

  4. Serve burger on a bed of Romaine lettuce and scallions. Top with 1 tablespoons of sauce. Enjoy!
