Chicken noodle soup with NO additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients

Recipe Ingredients for Sandy's Chicken Noodle Soup

64 oz raw Whole Chicken Fresh
100 cup (8 fl oz) Water
8 oz Onions
10 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 cup Chinese Noodles

Recipe Directions for Sandy's Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. Cut up the chicken and place in a large stock pot

  2. Cover with water and boil for at least 1 hour

  3. Allow to cool and skim off the fat

  4. Remove chicken from water, remove and discard bones and skin

  5. Add meat back to the water

  6. Add 1 medium onion, diced

  7. Add 1 full celery heart, diced

  8. Add 2 - 3 large carrots, diced

  9. Boil at least 30 minutes, until all the vegetables are soft

  10. Add 2 packages of Ramen noodles - ONLY the noodles, not the flavour packet

  11. Boil until noodles are soft

  12. Add salt and pepper to taste

  13. Freezes well
