50 grams Yeast
2.5 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 extra large Egg, Whole
150 grams Rye Flour, Dark
100 grams Old Fashioned Oats
500 grams Flour, All Purpose
20 grams Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Sandwichbread

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and stir sugar, salt, oil and egg in it.

  2. Stir rye flour and oatmeal in first and then add the flour.
