A simple sandwich low in calories. It doesn't have sauces or dressings, since they add a scratch to the taste, but a nice punch in unnecessary calories. 2 Slices of Wheat Bread reduced in calories 3 Slices of Turkey Ham Cured Meat 2 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese Part Skim Milk

44 g Wheat Bread Light
84 g Turkey Ham Cured
38 g Mozzarella Cheese Light

Recipe Directions for Sandwich, Turkey Ham and Mozzarella Light

  1. 1. Lay down the bread slices

  2. 2. Add Ham and Cheese in layers on top of any Bread slice

  3. 3. Take the remaining Bread slice and place it on top of the other ingredients.
