Recipe Ingredients for Sandwich King's Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

8 serving Red Hot Wings Sauce
0.1 cup, strips or slices Carrots
1 leaf, large Lettuce, Iceberg
1 slice, thick/large (1/2" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
36 grams Ranch Salad Dressing
4 oz Fresh Chicken Leg Quarters
1 oz Red Hot Wings Sauce

Recipe Directions for Sandwich King's Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

thaw chicken completely. season with salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar. sear on both sides in oven safe skillet 4 minutes each side. add buffalo sauce. bring to a simmer. bake 425 until chicken is 160 degrees internally. Remove from oven. pull chicken apart. broil about 10 minutes. toast buns. add chicken to bottom bun. top with lettuce, onion and shredded carrot. sauce it up with ranch or add bleu cheese. add top of bun. enjoy!
