A deliciosu soup made mostly with fresh vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Sancocho soup

300 g plantain
150 g sweet corn
1 cup black beans
1 onion
400 g cassava
1 cup fava bean
2 large potatoes

Recipe Directions for Sancocho soup

put 2.5 liters water on high heat until boiling, add the plantain choped, add the sweet corn, the black beans, and season with the onion, salt and coumin, lelt simmer for about one hour, add the casava chopes, let simmer 15 inutes, add the fava bean, let simmer for 10 minutes, finally add the potatoes diced, let simmer until the potatoes are tender. Serve
