Quick and easy Asian-American recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for San Francisco Stir-Fry

24 ounce chicken breasts, 1/4 inch strips
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cornstarch
4 oz olives, canned, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
10 oz broccoli, defrosted
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
6 ounce chicken ramen

Recipe Directions for San Francisco Stir-Fry

  1. Marinate chicken strips in soy sauce, garlic and onion powder mixture for at least one hour.

  2. Cook ramen noodles (WITHOUT SEASONING) as directed on package.

  3. Drain chicken.

  4. Add juice from olives, seasoning from noodles and cornstarch, then set aside.

  5. Heat oil in pan.

  6. Add 1/2 chicken and cook until golden brown.

  7. Repeat with remaining chicken.

  8. Add broccoli and fry 1 minute.

  9. Add olives and mushrooms, then cook 2 minutes.

  10. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thick.

  11. Add chicken and noodles.

  12. Heat through and serve.

  13. Optional:

  14. 2-3 stalks celery (add with broccoli)

  15. 1 can bean sprouts (add with mushrooms)
