4 cups fat free chicken broth
3 cup brown rice medium raw
3 medium yellow squash
1 cups mushrooms sliced
1 cup carrots chopped
1 medium bell pepper green diced
3 tbsp garlic
1 cup vidalia onion, raw diced
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 tsp pepper, black
1/4 tsp paprika
