Recipe Ingredients for sam's sugar free blueberry muffins

2 cups Gold Medal whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups applesauce, unsweetened
1/3 cup splenda
1 tsp sugar free pancake syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup blueberries, frozen

Recipe Directions for sam's sugar free blueberry muffins

  1. thaw and drain blueberries

  2. mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients except for berries. Gently fold in berries last.

  3. divide into greased muffin tins, bake for 18 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
